International Shipping

International shipping to Canada is available on all purchases at the most competitive rates in the industry, and we ship to other countries as well.

Orders shipped to an international address will be carried by USPS International or FedEx International service. You will have the option to select your choice of an international carrier at checkout. Most orders shipped via FedEx International will be received within 4 - 7 business days of the shipping date. Orders shipped via USPS International are typically received within 10-14 business days of shipping. Because packages must pass through U.S. customs and customs clearance in your country, we cannot predict exact delivery time frames on international shipments.

Please note that only the shipping fee will be charged at checkout. Your country may also require the carrier to collect duties and taxes at the time of delivery. Because duties and taxes are imposed by your country, we cannot predict what those costs may be for your product and address. All duties and taxes owed are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please note that FedEx International shipments to Canada and the Philippines will also be subject to a FedEx brokerage fee based on the total customs declared value of the shipment. This surcharge is in addition to any duties or taxes that may be assessed by the Canadian government.

Prices shown on the River Memorials website are in U.S. dollars. International orders are charged in US Dollars to the purchaser's credit card. The purchaser's bank or credit card company then converts the total into the purchaser's currency at the current exchange rate.

Frequently Asked Shipping Questions

What carriers do you use?

Shipping is usually via UPS except for lightweight packages, which normally travel USPS.

Post Office Boxes & APO/FPO Shipments
In the case of shipments to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO address, USPS ship methods are always used.

What If No One is at Home at the Time of Delivery?
Small packages shipped using USPS services will be delivered to the mailbox. Larger packages shipped via FedEx or UPS will be left at the door if no one is home at the time of delivery. Signature is not required.

Can I Place an Order and Have it Delivered Elsewhere?
Yes, you can. On checkout, you will have the option of having your order billed to one address and shipped to a different address.

Can I correct my address?
If we are provided with an incorrect shipping address, the package will need to be re-routed to the correct address. This will cause a delay. Please be careful to put the correct and complete address in the shipping information section at checkout to avoid this situation.

River Memorials cannot be responsible for packages that are delayed or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, acts of God (such as weather), a mistake by FedEx, UPS, or USPS, or other such circumstances that are beyond our control.
